How quickly orders leave, how they travel, and what is covered along the way.
Processing
Orders are processed within 0–2 business days. Orders placed before 3:00 PM ET on a business day usually leave the same day.
Delivery options
- Standard — 1–4 business days from fulfillment
- Two-day — guaranteed two business days
- Overnight — next business day where the carrier offers it
- Free standard shipping on orders over $100
Cold shipping
Lyophilized peptides are stable at room temperature and do not need cold shipping. Sealed vials tolerate transit conditions without loss of potency, so cold packs are used only where a product specifically calls for them.
Packaging
Everything ships in discreet, unlabeled outer packaging with no indication of contents. Tracking is provided on every order.
Shipment protection
Shipment protection covers a failed delivery — a package lost or stolen in transit, or one that arrives damaged.
A first order is not covered. That is a fraud control rather than a judgement about you: first orders on new accounts are where reshipment fraud concentrates, and covering them would mean pricing that loss into everybody else's order. It is the one thing we ask you to take on trust, once.
After a first order has arrived and settled, failed deliveries are reviewed case by case and resolved by reshipment or refund. Bring it to us on Telegram with the order number and we will sort it out.
Where we ship
We ship within the United States. An adult signature is required on bulk orders.
