Agreement

Using this site or placing an order means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old and a qualified researcher purchasing for in vitro or laboratory research. Orders that appear to be for human, veterinary, or food use will be declined and refunded.

Products and conditions of sale

All products are laboratory reagents supplied for research use only. Descriptions, purity figures, and literature references are provided for reference by qualified researchers and are not claims about therapeutic effect.

We aim to keep listings accurate, but we may correct errors in price, description, or availability at any time, including after an order is placed. If a correction affects your order we will contact you before shipping.

Orders and payment

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when the order ships. Payment is taken at checkout, and we may cancel and refund any order at our discretion — for example where stock is unavailable or eligibility cannot be established.

Shipping and risk

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Shipment protection is included on every order and is described on the shipping page.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from use of a product outside laboratory research.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published at the time you place an order is the version that governs it.
